Welcome to the Intermediate Course in Synthetic Biology! This course, developed by SynBio4ALL Africa, builds upon the foundational concepts introduced in the Beginner Course and provides deeper insights into more complex topics in synthetic biology. Whether you are advancing your knowledge from the Beginner Course or coming in with previous experience, this course is designed to expand your understanding and practical application of synthetic biology.
The course is structured to include both theoretical knowledge and practical insights, which will help you engage with advanced concepts and laboratory techniques in synthetic biology.
The course is divided into seven weeks of content, offering a combination of recorded lectures, reading materials, assignments and a project component that is spread across three weeks. You'll gain advanced knowledge, interactive learning, and hands-on project experience.
